A spring on my 8 ft high garage door snapped recently. I reached out to Kirk, and luckily, he was able to respond in an hour!.....He finished the replacement of both springs within another 45 minutes. It was as easy as ordering Amazon same-day delivery! Kirk is obviously very knowledgeable about his craft, and he also answered other questions about the garage door itself, including possible replacement. I am very happy with the quickness and skill of his work! Thank you Kirk!!

I contacted Kirk about 10 days ago, he came over and showed me the choices to make, I made them and we set a date that would work for both of us. He had me call him 3-4 days ahead to confirm my intentions and on the day we decided on , he came with everything to complete the job. From removing the old door to installing the new door, he was very organized and professional and had the whole job done in the time he said it would be done and for the price he quoted. I’m glad I called Kirk!

The spring on my garage door just broke this morning,12/20/17. Made a few calls to other garage door companies and left messages. Did a Google search of Garage Door Service and Kirk's company came up, Garage Door Service of Sacramento. Read his reviews and gave him a call. I was surprised that I got a person on the line. I explained my situation and he was at my door in the half hour that he told me. While replacing the springs he noticed that the drive belt was sagging and recommended adjustments to the opener and service to the garage door which I took him up on. Upon completion of his work he made sure all was working as expected. As indicated by previous customers he'd ask several questions to assess the situation and provide solutions to consider. He is punctual, his work is excellent, and his customer service is super! I would recommend Kirk for any of your garage door needs.

I called Garage Door Service of Sacramento to come out to my house and repair my garage door and install two springs. I've owned my home for 20 years and my garage door has never worked better than after this service. These days it's very difficult to find someone with integrity and provide exceptional customer service. The installation and repair was done amazingly quick. On 10/26/2017 I made phone calls to a half a dozen garage door service professionals in the Sacramento area hoping to find someone who can come out quickly to help me with my emergency situation. It was a Thursday early morning about 6:30/ 7:30 AM, I left messages describing my situation and that I needed help as soon as possible. Of all the calls I made Kirk was the first to call me back. He also asked critical questions and offered possible solutions as we spoke over the phone.

When he arrived, he was on time if not a couple minutes early. I was impressed, it was like YAY! HELP HAS ARRIVED! Kirk looked at the problem with the garage door and offered to fix it quickly and so I won't burn up my whole day being out of work. I was very grateful for the options but decided to go with a brand new garage door since what I had was over 30 years old and may be ready to retire. So Kirk did an absolutely amazing job installing my new garage door. I still smile when I see how beautiful it looks. I highly recommend Kirk to anyone who needs work on their garage door whether new or fixing existing.
